UPS Facility

The UPS Distribution Center project involved site development of a 5.3-acre site with new construction of a Pre-engineered Metal Building, located at 2540 Rearden Court, Rapid City, South Dakota.  Site development included concrete paving, asphalt paving, landscaping to include a 727’ retaining wall.  The newly constructed building is comprised of a 51,000 sq. foot package sorting and distribution center with 20 overhead doors and 54 interior parking spaces for delivery trucks with raised concrete loading docks, an integral shop and a 2 story office area with a customer service counter and package hold.
