This transformation will see the existing dining area reduced to around 1,400 square feet, with the remaining space being reimagined as a sophisticated high-end bar and a modern conference room. The renovation will feature an elegant blend of materials designed to create a refined atmosphere. The interior will showcase vinyl wall coverings, complemented by rich wood finishes. In the bar area, the walls will be adorned with brick, while a unique wood ceiling will evoke the charm of a whiskey barrel. This project will also include the addition of two new restrooms, enhancing convenience and functionality. The kitchen area will undergo minor modifications to incorporate new beverage stations and a buffet area. This renovation promises to transform the existing restaurant into a dynamic and upscale venue, combining style and functionality to meet modern needs.
