Crow Peak Hall, Black Hills State University, Spearfish, SD 6/5/14

A stair tower was installed as a temporary emergency egress. While the new stair tower is being constructed. Footing/Foundation Placements continue on the Crow Peak Hall project in Spearfish SD. Footings and Foundations are nearly 50% complete, Engineered fill is being placed below the floor slab and Mechanical rough-ins are starting. The irrigation channel that flows through the site (diverts water for lawn irrigation off of Spearfish Creek) has been completed.
