Sealed bids for the KOA Rapid City Office Building project in Rapid City, SD, will be received by Kasey Kurtz at the offices of Dean Kurtz Construction, located at 1651 Rand Road, Rapid City SD 57702, until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday September 5th, 2024. Bid opening will be closed.

Bids will be received in accordance with the Construction Documents, as prepared by Architecture Incorporated, dated August 5th, 2024. Bids will be accepted electronically; email bids to Kasey Kurtz at Kasey@deankurtzconstruction.com, bids@deankurtzconstruction.com, or fax to (605) 343-5932.
