Old Sears Building Renovation

Dean Kurtz Construction is working with MHL, LLC of Rapid City, to renovate and restore the 500 block of Main Street in Downtown Rapid City.

This is an interior demolition project with plans of interior and exterior renovation/restoration currently in the design process. Chamberlin Architects of Rapid City has provided an Architects rendition to give us an idea of what this project will look like when complete. Dean Kurtz Construction is excited for this opportunity to work with Chamberlin Architects and to preserve a piece of history in Downtown Rapid City.
