TranSource Project Bid Request
Dean Kurtz Construction Company is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals for the TranSource, Rapid City, South Dakota.
Bids are due at the office of Dean Kurtz Construction by 2:00 PM Aug. 24, 2023. We would like to encourage voluntary alternates, but each bidder must bid the plans and specifications dated 7/26/23. Pre-bid site visit will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 10:00 am. Please access site from Taggart Rd for site visit. Please send your bid to Dean Kurtz Construction Company by fax (605.343.5932) or email bids@deankurtzconstruction.com

NOTE: Owner supplied stored materials are included in files on the Plan Room. These are to be assumed to be available and used for the project. Selected subcontractors will have 7 days from date of contract award to verify material quantity and notify Dean Kurtz Construction of any discrepancies between the listed stored materials and physically verified inventory.
