UPS Distribution Center

With Rapid City quickly growing, so is the need for additional infrastructure in the shipping and receiving of goods. We are building UPS a new state of the art 51,000 square foot distribution center that will be able to handle the increased parcel volume resulting from the growth of Rapid City and the surrounding areas.

Unfortunately, the project was initially delayed due to complications involving COVID-19 and the ability to procure building materials. We have since been able to hit the ground running and have made some amazing progress in the last few months. The building is now enclosed in metal sheeting allowing us to focus on getting concrete placed and poised to take advantage of the construction friendly spring and summer weather conditions for an early fall completion. Dean Kurtz Construction and UPS are looking forward to Rapid City and the surrounding areas benefitting from this new distribution facility.
