Xeriscapes High Profile Facilities

Four Front / Kurtz Joint Venture has been selected as Prime Contractor by the US Army Corps of Engineers to complete a large scale landscaping project known as Repair Xeriscapes High Profile Facilities on Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.

This landscaping project spans across 17 High Profile Facilities at Ellsworth and includes elimination of existing turfs and grasses, re-establishing draught resistant grasses, planter beds, trees, shrubs, and rock mulch.  Sprinkler systems will be replaced with drip-line systems reducing the amount of water used to irrigate Base wide.

Currently, we are working on 6 buildings simultaneously. This project is expected to be complete in September of 2011.
